For the construction of a railway overbridge at railway crossing 79 on the Ratlam-Morwani road Ratlam-Godhra railway section, under the Sub-division Ratlam City, the private land of 1 landowner from Village Sagod, Tehsil Ratlam City, District Ratlam, is to be purchased through mutual agreement for the project.

For the construction of the four-lane Banjali-Sejawata bypass road under the Sub-division Ratlam City, the private land of 12 landowners from Village Sejawata, Tehsil Ratlam City, District Ratlam, is to be purchased through mutual agreement for the project.

Under Sub-Division Ratlam City, for the construction of 4 lane road in District Ratlam Tehsil Ratlam City, private land of 02 landowners from village Banjali is to be purchased through mutual consent for the project.

Under Sub-Division Ratlam Rural, for the Bambori Talaab Yojna in District Ratlam Tehsil Ratlam Rural, private land of a total of 11 landowners from villages Bambori and Sandla is to be purchased through mutual consent for the project.

For purchase of private land of 14 account holders of village Karamdi of Tehsil Ratlam City of District Ratlam for Ravidas Chowk to Karamdi Road (4 Lane) under Ratlam City Sub-division with the mutual consent.
